Who am I?  I am an individual, parent and professional. Like each of us, I know life is complicated, comprised of many distinctive and demanding roles. As life unfolds, our roles change, each one requiring something unique. I appreciate the complexities inherent in these transformations, many are opportunities for personal and professional renewal. As your coach, I will help you uncover and meet your goals.

I'm a Certified Professional Coach.  I trained at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).  I hold undergraduate degrees in both Theology and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College , a Masters in Theology from Union Theological Seminary, and a Master's in Social Work from the National Catholic University School of Social Service.
